Horori Channel

Horori is an indie Filipina VTuber on YouTube with approximately 36,100 subscribers. She began her VTubing journey in 2021 and has been a vibrant presence in the community for four years. Now proudly independent, Horori performs primarily for fun, sharing her creativity and passion with her dedicated audience. With her rich heritage, Horori identifies as Filipino and also has American and Chinese ancestry.

Her stage-name reading in Japanese Kanji is “Oboro-Tsuki.” The kanji rendering for that reading is 朧月 (Hiragana: おぼろづき, oborozuki), which literally means “hazy moon.” When extended to convey “hazy moon dragon,” you can write it as 朧月の龍 (おぼろづきのりゅう, oborozuki no ryū). In Filipino mythology the equivalent reference is Bakunawa, the moon-eating dragon — Horori draws on that imagery to reference her past.
